I’ve been in the past and Charter but in differnt areas and some speed then (3MBPS) fast now 12MBPS is really nice but the service in that area then Isn’t reliable as a service I get where I am now but its nice to see that we will get a speed boost! Now as far as Cap go, I’ve never been a problem and I am not much of a general household streaming Netflix, hulu, itunes etc and I came close to the limit exceded that and a few months but never received a letter stating more of usage or whatever. I have seen a higher level in the last month and thats it but other than that the service is really great compared to other companies such as ATT and Comcast!
