Lincoln MKZ new concept, revealed today in Detroit’s automobile production close to signal significant steps in Lincoln reinvention, provide a clear vision of the next generation of vehicles.
“With the concept of the Lincoln MKZ, we did not introduce a new car. We basically introduces a new brand, “said Derrick Kuzak, Ford Motor Company group vice president for Global product development. “The concept of the MKZ was the next step in the reinvention of Lincoln, something we’ve been quiet but aggressive pursuit.”
The concept of the MKZ is instructions on production models to arrive in dealerships later this year, as well as Lincoln’s future designs.
“Form of the concept of the MKZ’s vision of simplicity which comes with just a few strokes,” said Max Wolff, Lincoln Design Director. “Our movement as a brand is in the direction of something we call an elegant simplicity. It’s something warmer and more under control, which moves away from the complex design and traditional luxury. “
